A weight and mackerel feathers 40 ft up wrapped around a telephone wire 500 yards from the sea down the road from me. I knew I was doing something wrong; must try this urbane fishing sometime.

Definitely urbane, a suave sophisticated form of angling:)

I am still wondering if anyone actually cast it from a rod. Its a bizarre world!
