This is a rarely seen Eggington of Merton SW19 split cane boat fishing rod,
a sturdy thing, line class somewhere between 50 & 80 lb, fitted with ceramic lined cradle rings whipped green
heavy dust bronze ferrule with turned wood stopper
26" detachable cork handle with screw winch fitting, has been re varnished, looks very fishable and of course as good display rod,m with fitted cloth bag
