This is a fine condition Hardy Nottingham star back reel, few of these about these days especially in this fine original condition.
Measures 4-1/2” across backplate, twin horn handles on brass 2 screw plates, dished drum face with 2 screw drum latch
, factory brass Bickerdyke line guide, brass star back twice stamped Hardy’s Alnwick
, the brass on of check button works well and a positive check clicker,
internally fitted with calliper check and pawl,
*no damage, spins well and a great collectors reel
