Is the EOS-X worth the extra money? What are the benefits of it over the EOS? Or is there a different alarm that is better than either, in the same sort of price range (up to £70).

Ian,

now is the right time to shop around, there are plenty of alarms on the market now.

I wouldn't go for fox alarms myself, Delks for me, but its just my choice

i have eos alarms and their good. the eos x's just have more sensitivity settings and stuff, the same features as the eos just more adjustability. eos has more than enough features, you'd probably be better off with mx's which are cheaper and go nice and loud for when you need it. eos have got interchangable coloured lenses for the led which is cool, and covers.for me they have proved reliable and tough which is the most importantfactor. ive had mine for 3-4 years now and they're good as new.

p.s. only EVER buy fox or delk's............./forum/smilies/wink_smiley.gif

I could do with a Fox Alarm.......in my garden. Little blighters bring all sorts of rubbish in and deposit their own odour.
