Given his "retirement" Graham was looking for a volunteer to run the match this year so I ,perhaps foolishly, put my hand up!
Anyway I have booked 40 pegs for
<u>SATURDAY 16th MAY 2009</u>.
Book early with me to avoid disappointment.
The match is principally for FM members, but non-members can fish - providing no FM member is short of a peg. Priority will always be given to members.
For avoidance of doubt, irrespective of the future of FM, the match will go ahead on this day as it is too good a tradition to lose.
The peg fees are £6.00 each.
Put your name down on this thread to say that you're fishing the match and I'll keep a running log on this threadof peg fees received (and therefore definitely booked) and a log of those claiming an interest but have yet to pay.

I know this isn't on the Match Fishing forum, but that's deliberate being as this event is more of a social for most of us and I want the thread to be seen by non match anglers, which is just what the majority of us are.
