Saturday 28th Feb sees ECHO's annual celebrations, including AGM, being held at Aldershot Military Stadium (& The Garrett Club adjacent), Queens Avenue, Aldershot Hants.
The afternoon begins on the sports pitches at the rear of the venue, with a charity 5 aside football tournament "The ECHO Cup" in aid of Stoney & Friends (Macmillan Cancer Support). All spectators welcome on the day but team entries must be received by Steve Fantauzzi (/forum/smilies/confused_smiley.gif[/img]teve@thinkinganglers.co.uk]steve@thinkinganglers.co.uk) by the end of this month to be eligible to play.
The event then moves to the Garrett Club at 6pm, where the bar will be opened, hot food available and the programme continues until 11.30pm(ticket only)
Aswell as the AGM, and the presentation of the ECHO Cup and ECHO stone, we have great pleasure in announcing Mike Wilson as this years speaker with a wander back in time througha life onSavay Lake.
Tickets cover entrance and food andare available in person at Yateley Angling Centre or by sending a chq to "ECHO" for £10 to ECHO Office The Parade, Yateley, Hants, GU46 7UN.
And if that wasn't a good enough reason, the event5 mins fromFarnborough Air Show which is hosting a 2 daytackle fest called The Big One the same weekend.
