So who wants to come along and enjoy a weekend in a luxury hotel and fish for grayling on a private beat of the upper Wye?

Not only can you enjoy that but you'll have the benefit of help and guidance from Bob Roberts and myself.

The cost is £200 per person, which is a lot less than some charge just fora day's guiding.

For what's involved e.g. breakfasts, packed lunches, and evening meals, 200 snots isan absolutesteal.

However seeing as GM is going to be there, I'm out.

Graham,

Very interested, but need to check the work diary before confirming.

This would be the weekend after the Itchen Fish-In, right?

Will let you know next week, okay?

Sorry Boss, that's well out of my league.

Old School Paul, In future notify me if you want to change your name.

Im in charge of ficticious names, and look dimly on

people that take it upon themselves to change them willy nilly.

Also get your mail thing up again, I want to reprimand you/forum/smilies/nerd_smiley.gif

Sorry Graham, I hadn't spotted the article. What a dunce.

The date is a problem alas, due to work commitments (which have also scuppered my chances of the itchen day too). It looks like a grayling free season for me.

I would have loved to go along to this Graham, but i am off to Australia in May and have to count the pennies, or i'd have jumped at the chance!

Sounds like a trip to be remembered!

Graham, what was the price including the missus? (non fishing)

I checked the hotel and a self help one worked out at £300 including the fishing.

What was the deal please.

I'd come.........the £200 is a steal for a great weekend like this.

I just can't afford to be in a pub with Graham!! /forum/smilies/tongue_out_smiley.gif
