hooks for perch

Just wondering what sort of hook size people would reccomend using when fishing the waggler with Lobs for perch?
Seem to have a few problems with the bait fouling the point i think.
So what do you think?

paul try cutting the worm and insert the hook point in to the cut end bury the entire shank then poke the point back through the skin of the worm perch take the juicy end where the hook is try a kamasan b711 size 11 . hope this helps /forum/smilies/smile_smiley.gif.

Size 8 Drennan Super Specialist or Gamakatsu GP202 for me. I hook them straight into the top of the head then out the side.
