Dave Lane "Classic" rods

Have just found these:-

Wasn't aware that he did rods and haven't been able to find out much about them online. Have to say they look gorgeous in the pics.

Anyone tried one? Am looking for a 2.75 or 3 lb. t.c. at the moment for piking as well as carping & these are certainly tempting....

Jim, Check out Climax Tackle . com they are selling the Razer range of Dave Lane rods for £159. Have used Climax a few times , very good service, and great prices. Hope this help./forum/smilies/smile_smiley.gif

Cheers. I was keen on the full cork handle of the classic series. Do you know if they are built on the same blanks, & are they good rods in general? I'm in Ireland so can't see for myself.

Not seen these rods, a lot of rods are built on the same blanks, and are a lot cheaper , check the Review Section for carp or pike rods.
