Nice Article. Its amazing how much of this gets overlooked on the bank. Seen carp end up in some aweful places before by careless anglers.

A very well written and informative article. I would suggest this is essential reading for newcomers to the sport and also very useful for more experienced anglers.

"it may only be a 20lb carp" still a very big fish to me. carp care is important, good article, i have seen some irrisponsible people hold fish standing up for photos and then......yes, they drop em, some people really do need to be informed, or at least think for god sake!

Nice article. Even if its only a 2 pound carp they do get bigger and the scars they get are on them for ever. So match men and careless anglers no more death slides down the bank and into the water or practicing your latest darts throw.
