It's with great sadness I have to let you know that Ian will no longer be making his very informative posts/links in his forum section 'Ian Cloke's news Links'.

With Ian's permission I can tell you that hehas an illness that will eventually cause him to go blind. There is no cure.He has now been registered as partially sighted and can no longer see his computer screen clearly enough to make his valued contributions.

On behalf of FishingMagic's management, moderators, members and visitors, his friends, I'd like to thank Ian for his contributions. We'll miss them and we'll miss him.

Good luck Ian from all of us.

Ian,

We will really miss your contributions that helped a lot of us to see past our own branches of this sport and to learn about a lot of other interesting news items.

I wish you the best for the future.

Good luck.

I hope you can still manage to fish, even if it takes all the latest gadgets to help you.

May you still enjoy life to the full.

All the very best.

Sad news Ian, but not the end of the world.

My friend (he was around ours last night) has been blind for a number of years now and he still fishes and goes bowling and does lots of things. He sees through his imagination.

Many thanks for your contributions in the past, they've been really enjoyable.
