what works in the heat?

when the weather is like this an you cant surface fish due to ducks what works? i'm well stuck on this any help would be great.

zig rigs maybe ? but its still nice just to be out on the banks

oh yes rickrod i had a mint day anyway was out before 8 an didnt get in till gone 6 top weather. i'm sorry to sound really stupid but what is a "zig rig"

I'll try, you have your normal ledger rig. Only you will have a long hook link,say 5ft long in 7ft of water.Or what ever length you like really with a pop up or a cork ball,some people use black foam which does'nt taste or smell of anything
