I have just bought a Evolution Brolly and was wondering what is the best way to look after it to stop it leaking and make sure it lasts for a few years!
The golden rule is not to put bivies away wet. If your shelter is wet upon your return from a trip, take it out and dry it fully before storing it. If you follow this golden rule your shelter should last years without need for re proofing. If you feel the need to wash your bivie, use pure soap and make sure the water is not too hot.
