Hi All
Thinking of getting a Gardner Specialist Pan Net,just wonder how many of you out there have one.
Would you recommend it and is it as good as it sound's in the write up or would you get a different net all together for Barbel Fishing.

Hiya manu

Ive had one of these nets since the beginning of last season and I wouldnt be without it m8.

Its big enough, I had a 11lb 12oz Barbel in it with room to spare :D

Its Great when youve just landed a Barbel and want to leave it in the water to come round, its deep enough for that and I do believe this use is an important part of fishing for Barbel.

Its well made and I cant reccomend it enough.

Go and buy one manu ;)

I prefer triangular folding nets like my 30" ABU one which is kept in rod quiver. Unlike my spoon net which sometimes remains hanging in garage whilst I go fishing...:eek:.
