I have just come across this topic, and all I can see is "never" Most lakes in this country are inhabited by carp,have I misunderstood ,or had a senior moment?

I think its for lakes where the main target species is big carp, like creedy lakes in devon rather than smaller carp and other fishies.

I punched big carp lakes into google and that popped up, I haven't fished any commericals so I was just trying to use something as an example.
