The missus and I are planning on heading down to Penzance for a couple of days in about two weeks time for a diving holiday, but whilst we're down there I've managed to convince her that taking a day out on a charter boat and doing a little sea fishing would be fun, or possibly fishing off of the shore somewhere if we can't get a place on a boat seeing as its kinda last minute.
I was wondering if anyone had taken a ride on one of the boats out there? Any recommendations? If we skip the boat fishing we were thinking about doing a bit of rock hopping to try and hunt down some bass, found an interesting vid on youtube Ed Schliffke doing some bass fishing, I figure my normal spinning gear would be fine but what kind of lures would you guys recommend for bass?
