Well i thought, seeing as everyone is starting Threads with Angling Trust in it that i would join in :D
Well i for one haven't joined, i have just had to pay a £25.00p bloody Parking Fine :mad: :D
That's not to say i won't be joining, just that as of yet i haven't ;bp

Obviously in a recession a lot of people have other costs to deal with, but at the end of the day... how much do you love your fishing?

Even at the full rate, less than 50p a week ensures we are all doing something to promote/ protect our sport.

Personally I think the AT should be more pro-active and introduce very reduced rates for UB40/ students in these troubled times.

The bottom line is that somebody has to represent us at a national political level,and somebody has to fight water pollution...

However one feels about the details/ set-up, the Angling Trust is the only body that can (at present) represent our interests.
