Good to see you getting into a few fish - especially from a canal. I've had a few myself and its all been down to the same thing. Effort = Reward!!
The fish may not be mosnters but i feel like i've earned every bite - even if i dont land every fish....Damn shopping trolleys!! lol

I can confirm Slime, they are from the GUC and from the area in question they go to 30 so watch this space for more pics
I can confirm what Gert and Red Army say, there are some big beasties in the area these came from!!!
