Question Steve,when you fish the conker as in the SM vid,how long would you leave the bait there before rebaiting and recasting?

Thanks for the comments.

As SV said, Peter, I would leave it for no more than 10 minutes. It is the same if just fishing a hair-rigged pellet. Sometimes the carp must sit and look at the bait and if you recast they have it straight away.
Loads of anglers think you can just chuck it out and sit on it and wait for the carp to hang themselves, but the better anglers at Stafford Moor are always working.
