I fish the Thames from richmond to shepperton lock, anything with fins that is stupid enough to hook itself is fine with me, although some daft critters with claws oblige also. I have had a boat [HMS Mushroom] moored at twickenham for four years and although primarily for catching fish, its great just to creep along the river enjoying the moment. Greatest thrill is to be with a buddy when he has a new pb or sometimes an lb [ lowest best ]. Personal highlight was catching a river Thames record Zander about five years ago.
