Which of the 2 lakes will you fish?
The smaller lake (Kings Vincent) was formed a few years ago now by joining the previous two lakes; Kings and Vincents. In there you will find a mass of small Carp and some good Crucians too.
The larger lake is Meadow with far larger Carp, 20's and a few 30's.
I used to fish the Sibleys Point area.
I think there is a ban on nuts on this lake and it used to be a 2 rod limit - don't know if that is still the case. Single pop-up baits with a small mesh pva bag, or a snowman rig always used to catch for me.
Don't take the above to be 'gospel' though as I've not fished there for a couple of years.

Not fished there for a couple of years myself, but some very good fish in the lakes as Peter said.
Had a number of good Tench and a few Bream to 8lb, didn't see any Carp come out, but a very nice place to fish, well worth a trip, good luck.
Worth giving Ringwood Tackle a call, they will update you on the lakes.
