chance of a specimen roach

cant wait till 2moro...going to alvechurch fishery in barnt green birmingham...according to the info on the fisheries website theres some big roach in one of the pools (3lber pictured!)...and theres also quite a few 2lbers aswell...im also buzzing because i`ll be breaking in my new pro logic feeder chair and diawa proteus power float rod.

anyone fished this place before?...any tips for house pool?
