I bought one of these in the 10mm size yeasterday.

Took it home and opened a new tin of Van den Eynde flavoured meat to run through.

What a piece of sh!te this cutter turned out to be!

The wires didn't cut too well and became very bent, very quickly.

Personally, I'd rate this item right 'up there' with the Newark Needle float - useless!

Yep, West Ham have come back well, The gooners just don't finish teams off now days.

Carlton Cole gets better every game, just needs someone to help him out.

Still West Ham are a strong side this season, well they are helping portsmouth hold up the rest of the league.;)

A very poor first half by West ham, but a great and inspiring 2nd Half.

The Scott Parker sending off was a Farse.

Anyway, i'll keep further comments for bait box incase i upset the Mods :wh

Peter is that the plastic ones at £30 a throw? I saw a metal version a while back and it looked good but I couldn't justify the outlay to chop meat, I got a set of two from E-bay that sit over the top of a baitbox (6mm & 10mm) they only cost a few £'s I used to use a knife and it took quite a bit of time but now I just slice a tin into approx 6mm slices and push through the cutter.

Graham,

I am definitely going back to using a proper knife.

Rodney,

I bought the metal version at about £24.00 and really expected something better to be honest. I set the tension on the wires first because it looked a little slack to me, but it still ended up bent and mis-shapen, (somewhat akin to Tottenham Hotspur's defence.)
