Anybody got any experience of someone in the Beds/Bucks/Herts/Oxon areas that they could reccomend for rod repairs. I've got some old avons that were due to go off for repair but the guy I use has given it up. Looking for new handles (bloomin mice), reel seats and rings.

Vic Gibson’s in your neck of the woods, he does some nice handles as it happens, have a look at these; Harrison 4 Piece Avon - Review - PurePiscator.com I’m a having similar handle put on Chimera quiver by another rod builder, I’m growing increasingly frustrated at the quality of standard 5inch cork parallels, seem to be more and more filler as the years go by.
