All domes like this are a pig to put up single handed. I haven't tried the shakespear but in the past have used the Apotheosis and the diawa 2 man. All I can suggest is to peg down one corner of the inner tent before threading in the poles. This helps it getting out of control in the wind. The poles usually break when they are accidentally threaded down the wrong tubes. The is very easy to do (I've broken 2 sets like this). I now use a waterproof marker to label up the tubes, do this once you have the dome up though!
