I've got 10kg of hemp to cook, is there an easy way, maybe covered bucket with boiling water? If I had to do it all in the pan I'd be there for hour!

If you've got one of those big freezer boxes, 3/4 fill with hemp top up with boiling water & stick the lid on over night.

Cakey, are you mixing business with pleasure ? What are the tights for ?

put the hemp in the legs of the tights and tie knot ,when cooked pull the lot out in one go,use water for next lot.

Use a baby bath or other large container. Add boiling water and a little sugar.Leave for 24hrs.It will have started to split after this.I then cook it for about 20mins in large pans. Add a teaspoon of sodium bicrarbonate as it cooks but watch for it frothing up. Stirring helps keep it down. Leave to cool after it has split sufficantly.Add hemp oil & crushed hemp to improve the drawing power.
