I have just started making my own bollies (well carp company ones) and I have a few questions:
Once made I have frozen them, how long will they be effective after defrosting?

Is it effective using a different glug? I have fruit (EPA) flavour bollies and either banana ester or tuti fruiti csl glug?

Lastly any tips or extra additives that may help - thanks

How long would you leave a cooked, cooled egg before eating it?
That's how old your baits should be.

Once in water, then oxidisation will alomost cease, so they will deteriorate at a much slower rate.

Not sure on the glugs and dips, that's up to you and the fish.

So your saying a day or two? Can I add a preseverative?

Yes, a day or two.
You can add a preservative, although I wouldn't.
Try and air dry them, they'll last indefinitely once all the moisture has gone.

Cakey...at our age perhaps they should keep us in the freezer......so long as they let us out on fishing days!
