back on the river

Any one been able to get on the rivers recently. I had a day of work on Friday and tried the severn at Bewedley. Fished all day hooked a big Barbel at dusk and lost it after about 15 minutes, felt a very good fish. I will be back after Christmas conditions permiting.

I've been fishing selected rivers, but I really want to get some piking in on the Severn this winter, hopefully it may be in good piking mode soon
