Angling in Commonwealth Games

Hi i have just read an article that in the commonwealth games there will be a fishing festival to be held on July 20th and 21st . It will be held on the Ashton/Rochdale Canal which runs past the Commonwealth stadium.
There is an open match with a prize pool of ?5,000.

Will any of FishingMagics members be there ??

Do you think this will be good national exposure for angling ?

The Saturday is primarily a coaching or introduction to angling event Wendy, and yes I will be there on the Saturday at least.
