Good Service

At the end of a recent evening trip I shut my tailgate door in the dark to hear the sound of crunching plastic. The buckle on my rucksack had not been properly stowed away. Lesson learned but what to do about a replacement? I rang Fishrite (it is one of their 75 litre jobs) and the guy on the other end said "I'll send you one, in fact I'll send a couple" two days later they arrived - the wrong size!! Back on the phone: "Sorry, my mistake, I'll send a replacement today." and he did. I think that sort of service should be made public, hence this thread, with my thanks.

Next time I break a buckle though it has to be one of the smaller ones!

I recently won a fishrite carryall in an FM competition. The first time I used it the main zip did zip up but didnt close the teeth. On speaking to the guy at Fishrite he advised me to pinch the zip with a pair of pliers just to see if this worked. To give him his due he offered me an immediate replacement but suggested the repair to save me the hassle of posting it back.
the service was polite and friendly, just what makes you return to a vendor.
