need some assistance in making a [meat bases paste]tried it with the pastry .just came out gooey mess .What did i do wrong.any alternative reciepes appreciated
Liquidise meat in a food processor,add an egg,add extra flavouring if needed and finally add boillie base mix or fishmeal or good old white groundbait until paste firms up and loses its stickiness.If it stays sticky add more of the dry ingredient.
