I am looking into buying 3 12' 2.75/3lb t/c rangemasters and was wondering if any of you out there have got any info on them, i.e. good, bad, better rods for similar price etc. Thanks for any help you can give. Also any personal views on Fox MX's compared to Fox Ultron 3.

I have just purchased 2 x 12ft 3Ib tc and I like them, My mate bought a pair before me and he likes them, and they are a nice rod and you can not go wrong for ?80. Tight Lines Mark.

Thanks Mark for responding, however I've just found some Kevin Maddocks Challenger 2's for ?90 pounds, not bad eh ! so that is my next question on the forum ! Thanks again

the rangemaster originals . i cant fault them for the money
