Dartmouth - any stillwater coarse fishing?

We are looking to move to Dartmouth in the near future, and can find no clubs or waters anywhere near.
We are looking for something fairly close to Dartmouth as we have kids to consider and can't go too far.
Does anybody have any information about this subject, please.

New Barns Angling Centre at Paignton - commercial coarse lakes.

Can't remember the names, Newton Abbott AA have several lakes near Newton/Bovey Tracey.

Slightly further Cofton Country, near Dawlish has carp/tench lakes and the Exeter Canal is a good specimen water.

If you fancy a challenge try the mullet in the Dart around Totnes.
