Just finished a 30 hour session (new bait boat at hand) and I couldn’t be more pleased with myself. With new toys and all the tricks possible tucked under my belt from research, for once it shined all day for me. Ten takes, nine fish and one dropped at the net. I am now confident with my rigs, bait and baiting methods and that’s the first time in years. Not the biggest fish on earth with the smallest being 12lb and the biggest to just under 17 but for confidence the session was bang on!

You asked for it Cakey, so here goes mate: Sorry you blanked!!!!! (shame that!)

nice one Stu!
Sussed...
Nice bit of kit, the old microcat innit.
Only one thing to be careful of when you use one in deep water dropping rig and freebies.
Think about it...
p.s. you weren't at Bluebell by any chance???
Bury hill perhaps?? Tee hee

Why should bait boats be banned?

Having said that I don't own one but can see the advantage.
