I think its just the size. Can anyone confirm?

I currently have a 4010 and would very much like another second hand one but they are quite rare.

Size does'nt matter Cheese Paste, its whatever you feel comfortable with!

I thought a 4010 and 5010 were the same reel with a different size spool, as were the 6010 and the 8010....

Angling centre derby were claiming to still hold stock of them in an ad I saw a couple of weeks ago...

Birds Nest is correct but it is not spool size but how deep it is (line capacity)
4000 and 5000 are the same reel as are the 6000 and 8000.

PS. the spools are interchangeable so get a 5010, if no 4010`s left and use old line to bulk the spool out or use a 4010 spool on it.

Whats the difference between 4010 -5010-6010.
I am not brilliant at maths but at a guess i would say a thousand between each figure :)

A 4010 is basically a 5010 baitrunner without the free spool facility and the GTM version has a faster retrieve. The 6010 is same as a 5010 but a bit bigger.

I have two 4010s (GTMs) that don't get used nowadays, in good nick , any offers?
