aren't there " marks missing from around the _blank? cause I know this stuff don't ya know?

all the "'s in there are purely aesthetic, it keeps it all tidy.
I do it, because some bits I plug together get a bit complex and as I taught myself, then I like to do it that way.
I know that Graham doesn't bother, but he's an old git and stuck in his ways.
