I seem to remember that I got my set through a special offer from Angling Times. I thought they worked quite well but I could never find replacements for the weights. I still have the set of floats but only one or two of the weights. I thought Chris Sandford might be interested but if there's too many of us got them no chance there!! :0(
I've still got one. With the needle weught. I think it was a free gift on the cover of A.T. about 1974/5. It's my brothers really, he bought the paper.
The Leger Pin,just found mine at the bottom of an old box,still got the yellow plastic'float rubbers'.Also found my old Lesney bread press,now that could come in handy!
