I have just read in the paper that it costs the water authorities up to ?2.3
billion a year to remove weedkillers and pesticides from our drinking water. In addition the farming industry contributes up to a third of all water pollution in the UK.
How many of you are doing your bit towards conservation and eating only organically produced produce? I always try to buy organic food these days. It tastes so much better.
