wouldn't bother with the flavours personally, but if you do use a quarter to half the stated dose/pound as you wont be boiling any of it off.
just soak the pellets overnight - use just enough water to just cover the pellets. if its a bit too sloppy, use the fishmeal (or breadcrumb)to stiffen it. remember to try it in the edge/glass of water first to see how long it takes to dissolve.
its also worth using bait dips or additives (like active8/NRG) instead of the flavour, as you cant really overload them
