I just thought that I'd mention some excellent customer service, something which seems to be lacking in this day and age.

The black plastic piece which holds the leg adjustment tab on my JRC carp chair broke on Sunday whilst fishing.

A quick email to JRC to explain that I needed a replacement piece was replied to by Lisa, who is kindly arranging to send me the part.

Well done JRC!
