I don't know what to make of it. It all reads very 'wrong' but the guy hasn't given his side of the story yet. It looks like sticky-fingers so far though.
Of course the real HUGE story about the Chagos is the eviction of it's populace so we could give yanks Garcia to use as an airbase. A disgusting story that John Pilger highlighted in his last (?) book. Makes one be ashamed to be British!
