Can anyone recommend a way of waterproofing a Nash Profile. I've had it a few years and it's perfect for the little carping i do, but it's started to leak in a few spots.

In camping shops they sell a range of proofers called Teknius Nik Wax which is the best stuff I have used. they even do one which if you wash your sweatshirts in will make them waterproof. You must have had the only w/proof profile ever made.

I am yet to try this but I read somewhere that the late Scruffy Bob of Bivvy conversion fame, used to pour some Thompsons water seal into a jar and leave it untill it became thick. This thicker TWS was worked into the seams to seal the stich holes. I have use TWS on my bivvies for probably about a dacade now, and I have found it both effective and cheap.
Plenty of coats is the way forward in my experience.
