i am a course angler and a builder and after telling one of my customers my hobby he asked why arnt cod farmed so i thought i would ask you sea anglers do they farm cod and if not why not ?
As far as I know there were trials in both Scotland and Norway, but as to the results, afraid I did not see any further reports. If I recall correctly, there was an issue with keeping them in captivity (cages) and they were experimenting with using parts of a sea loch but the predation from birds and otters then emerged as a problem...
