Advice on France

All,
It has been decided over a meal that myself and the wife and a another couple will probably be holidaying in France next year, the Plan at the moment is to book a fishery that has good accommodation with things locally for the other half's to do, we will fish for three days then spend time with the girls and fish the final day or two.
I need some advice as to suitable fisheries. Neither myself or the other fisherman have fished France before, Large Carp and the chance of a catfish are the targets.

May I recommend that you have a look at these two websites:

They are two very different setups and you would also have to book early for your holiday for next year.
