When you put a braid marker on your line to ensure you get the right distance, how do you get it off afterwards? Am I missing something really obvious?

I reel in and lightly grip the line so that it goes through my fingers at the same time as I am pinching the stop knot.

Once the line has initially pulled through the knot under tension, it travels through quite easily thereafter, hope this helps!

Thanks Eddie I'll give it a shot. I had visions of either having about fifteen different stops on the line, or ended up with the line all crinkled up after sliding the stop knots off.

Leave it on the line Ric. Theres no need to take it off every time.
