boats

has anyone had trouble with boats? Was fishing on the wigestone part of leicester cannel. Was playing a 4lb tench when boat came along. "ask if he wood stop". Did he did he hell. Luke wood have it got tench on my side of the cannel. The t*t on the boat just looked strait in front. I have been told of boats crashing into keepnets not slowing down. But saying all this not all are like this some are very good
