I've fished my local pool, Gawsworth Hall (Wallpool Lodge)'s Wood Pool for nearly three solid days now and not a sign of any of the famed monsters. Anyway I've overheard what others have caught the doubles on and all they tell me is 'boiles'. Does any1 know what flavour?

i went a few weeks ago(not fishing tho') and it seems the source and activ8 and various others were working.

They're wising up to normal Luncheon Meat and Pellets (Though I've only tried one flavour) I had a couple of Crusians to a pound on Maggot Feeeder. Casters don't work. I nearly had one off the top on crust but it was only a foot out and some idiot came stumbling up the bank and spooked it. Worm is attracting too much attention from the Bream as is corn.

alex...i fished 4 6 hours and had nothing and a man further down had 16 carp 1 to 16 lbs(common) on a pole.we should try there on monday
