has anyone fished larford recentley
for bream phoned them today and the guy said it was fishing its head of for bream even in the sunny weather.

I hav'nt fished it for a few weeks Rob but my experience of Larford is that it does'nt fish so well in the hot weather. I presume you meant the big lake and not the match one. The bream tend to come to the method and meat but I suppose I'm preaching to the converted. I'll tell you this though, whenever you phone and ask how its fishing they will always say brilliant so beware

I fished there last year on the river stretch when I paid for my ticket the fellow in charge told me if I catch any pike to throw them up the bank you should of seen his face when I replied if I catch any barbel or chub should I throw them up the bank aswell

This practice went out with the ark,shame on Larford.Mabey it should be brought up in the weekly's who promote this fishery.I for one would condem this place.As a member of the PAC i will take it up with them.
