Once i have passed my driving test (fingers crossed) i am planning a fishing trip in the uk for a week 2 escape the old folks. Is there any good destinations in the ?300 catergory any help would be much apreciated.

You could try Wintons in Burgess Hill. they do week long packages. Not fished there myself, bit pricey for the one off sessions, but for one or two weeks it is in your range.

In actual fact why UK? get a mate too go with you and you could go to France or more fun still Spain.

you could do a tour d'oxford. linear, lynch hill, orchid, etc. you need to decide whether its quantity of fish, or a challenge that your after.
