FISHING IN RHODES

I was wondering if anyone could help,I am going to rhodes in a couple of days and wanted to take some fishing kit with me.
Can anyone tell me what methods to use and what i might be able to catch.

Was on Holidays in Majorca last year and caught fish on floated bread, believe that strips of fish floated will catch Garfish they're pretty good sport on light tackle.
